Our students have continued to earn remarkable achievements at external competitions throughout the academic year.  We continually strive for excellence and encourage our students to embrace their inner talents and showcase them in addition to their academics. This year we are proud to broadcast our successes in several areas of the performing arts and athletics:

Aesthetic Achievements in the 2014/2015 Academic Year:

We are proud of all of our excellent accomplishments in the performing arts this year at Delia Primary School.  However, our achievements also stem in the area of athletics.  This can all be proven by our Orienteering squad, Track & Field athletes, Cricket team and Basketball team members.

We would also like to address an extraordinary success this year. Our J.6B student Daniel Zhang and J.5A student Marya M. Bibi earned the Certificates for the A.S. Watson Group Hong Kong Students Sports Awards. Congratulations to all the students for their hard work and for the support of their hard-working teachers.

Athletic Achievements in the 2014/2015 Academic Year:

The major task of pre-primary education is to develop the physical, intellectual and social aspects of children in their early growth. Besides achieving academic objectives, we regularly provide extracurricular activities of various types as learning opportunities so that our children can have balanced development in all aspects and grow up healthily and happily.

Indoor Activities：
We provide activities, such as story-telling, artwork creation, choral speaking, the Halloween Party, and the Parent-Child Christmas Card Design Competition, in order to stimulate the intellectual and talent potential of our children;

Outdoor Activities：
We provide outdoor activities for our children, such as outdoor drawing, field trips, joint-parents and children games day, day camp, picnic and visiting in order to open up their horizon and arouse their curiosity and interests in learning new things.

Community Services：
We encourage our children to participate in various charity services, such as the “Happy Bee” programme provided by the Girl Guides Association, flag sale, and visiting the elderly, in order to nurture in our children a positive attitude towards community service and help them become good citizens in the future.

Inter-school Competitions：
We nominate our children to participate in external competitions, such as the Hong Kong School Music Festival, to provide them with the opportunity to learn from other competitors, thereby building their confidence in tackling challenges.
